Tero

Located in the heart of Hobart, Tero Photography is run by the husband and wife team of Tero and Julie Sade.

Tero is a three times master photographer and recipient of over 100 state, national and international print awards. He is also a noted industry speaker and has traveled extensively lecturing to professional photography groups in the United States, Canada, England, Ireland and New Zealand.

Having built up one of Australia's largest portrait studios, Tero and Julie decided a lifestyle change was in order and sold their mainland business and moved to Tasmania in 2004. Tasmania has had a special place in their hearts for many years.

Not only does Tero photograph portraits in throughout Tasmania, he is also commissioned to create images Australia wide and also overseas, as far a field as England and Canada.

Tero’s subjects have included Prime Ministers, State Premiers, Television Personalities and recording artists, with his work having appeared in publications world wide and featured on various television shows both in Australia and overseas.

Today Tero and Julie’s home is tucked away in the beautiful Huon Valley (as far removed from the "big smoke" as you can imagine), and their gallery/studio is located at 118 Murray Street, Hobart (appointment preferred).

Even with all the international exposure, Tero and Julie's true love is creating special, emotive images for families, couples and children.
